Annual General Meeting 2023

When

Our AGM will be held on Friday 26 May 2023 at 1:00 pm AEST The meeting will last no longer than an hour.

Where and when

The AGM will be held online via the Zoom communications platform.

What will happen at the meeting?

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about Arts Access Australia’s 2022 operations and finances
• hear the results of director elections
• speak about any items on the agenda

Members will also be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.

Access

The online meeting will include audio description (self-described) and automated captioning. Auslan interpreting and Live captioning is available on request during RSVP.

Please RSVP by 4:00 pm AEST, Friday 19 May 2023, by emailing board@artsaccessaustralia.org.

Please include your full name, access requirements, and if you are planning on attending the meeting online or by phone.

If you do not RSVP, you will not receive the link to attend the meeting.

Proxy form

If you cannot attend the AGM you are entitled to nominate a Proxy. A Proxy is when you nominate another person to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf.

If you wish to nominate a Proxy, please fill out, sign and return the to AAA the Proxy nomination form to board@artsaccessaustralia.org.
