Disability-Only Forum

The Forum will be a safe, accessible space for members of our community to network and share experiences and ideas on accessibility in the arts. 

To provide the safest, disability-only space possible for our attendees, we will not be recording the Forum. Please register only if you can attend the live event.

When

The Forum will be held on 9 December 2020 at 2 – 3.30pm AEDT.

Listed below are the corresponding start and finish times for each state/territory timezone.

• ACT / NSW / TAS / VIC: 2 – 3.30pm
• NT: 12.30 – 2pm
• QLD: 1 – 2.30pm
• SA: 1.30 – 3pm
• WA: 11am – 12.30pm

Access

The Forum will be held live via Zoom and will include a number of different, smaller breakout rooms to help you connect with our community during the session. 

The Forum will be Auslan-interpreted, live-captioned, and will include integrated audio description.  

Please note that the Forum will not be recorded, so as to maintain a safe, disability-only space for our community. A transcript of the chat will be provided to attendees after the event to ensure the chat discussion is available to attendees for whom the chat function is not accessible.

Register

Registration is free but essential. Please register only if you can attend the Forum live on the day.

People who register before Monday 7 December can also elect to be added to our Networking Register. The Register provides a confidential space to introduce yourself to other registrants and to share your contact details and what you have been, or are, working on.
