Australia & Berlin Arts Exchange Project
The Australia & Berlin Arts Exchange Project by Arts Access Australia sets the stage to showcase Australian artists with disability and innovative learning opportunities between Australia and Germany from October 9-20 in Berlin.
The 10-day festival will center around a Meeting Place event with a number of satellite events, arts workshops, music, dance, and performances; as well as cultural exchange opportunities between Australian and Berlin artists and arts and culture leaders with disability.
The festival program was prepared through intense cooperation with Berlin partners Berlinklusion – Network for Accessibility in Arts and Culture and Förderband e.V. – Kulturinitiative Berlin.
The Australia & Berlin Arts Exchange is supported by the Australian Government through the Department of Communication and the Arts’ Catalyst—Australian Arts and Culture Fund and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australia now Germany 2017 program.
