AAA's Annual General Meeting

When

Our AGM will be held on Friday 28 May 2021, starting at 1pm AEST (Sydney, Melbourne time) and running for about an hour.

Where

You can attend the meeting in person in Sydney, or attend online or by phone using Zoom.

What will happen at the meeting?

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about Arts Access Australia’s operations and finances. You can download the 2020 Financial Report (pdf, 608 KB), which will be referenced during the meeting.
• ask questions about our operations and finances
• hear the results of director elections
• speak about any items on the agenda

Members will also be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting. You can download the AGM 2020 Minutes (pdf, 166 KB) here.
• appoint an independent auditor.

Access

Both the physical and Zoom meeting spaces will include audiodescription (self-described) and Auslan interpreting. Captioning is available on request.

RSVP

Please RSVP by 1pm AEST, Wednesday 26 May 2021, by emailing info@artsaccessaustralia.org.

Please include your full name, access requirements, and if you are planning on attending the meeting in person, online or by phone.

If you do not RSVP, you will not receive the Zoom link to attend the meeting.

Proxy form

If you cannot attend the AGM you are entitled to nominate a Proxy. A Proxy is when you nominate another person to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf.

If you wish to nominate a Proxy, please fill out, sign and return the AGM 2021 Proxy Form (doc) to AAA. You can email the Proxy form to info@artsaccessaustralia.org or mail to PO Box 3240, Robertson, NSW, 2577.

Please note that Proxy forms must be received by 1 pm AEST on Wednesday, 26 May 2021. If you are posting the form, please allow time for postal delivery.

Register to receive our annual reports

AAA Members may also wish to receive a free copy of AAA’s annual financial report, the director’s report, and the auditor’s report for 2020. These are the reports that will be discussed/presented at the AGM.

Please fill in this form if you would like to be emailed a copy of these reports. To ensure that you receive these reports in time for the AGM in May, you must let AAA know before 1 pm AEST on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.

Receiving the reports via post: Please note that the deadline for postage of these reports has passed. You can still select postage and complete the form if you wish to be registered to receive the annual report in future years, but it will not be valid for 2020.
